Assisting business owners during all stages of their journey is my passion. As a second generation entrepreneur, I understand the pitfalls that business owners may encounter on an intimate level. I use this personal experience and my professional expertise to help budding and established entrepreneurs protect their businesses. Whether it be through the legalities of business formation, business representation , business review, dispute resolution and even bankruptcy law- it’s my honor to represent and preserve my clients’ dreams.

I received my Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from University of Carolina Chapel Hill and my Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law and have over 14 years of experience practicing law and 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur . Before starting my own practice, I worked at Alston & Bird law firm and have affiliations and memberships to the U.S Bankruptcy Court, Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia and the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys.

However, my most important accomplishment and or qualification is that I have a track record of providing my clients with fair legal advice and excellent representation. I am most content when their businesses are flourishing and I am relentless in ensuring that happens.
